For standard orders, we recommend allowing a lead time of 2 weeks before the event date. For large orders (more than 100 gift boxes) or with complex customizations, a lead time of 3-4 weeks is preferable to ensure optimal preparation.
We offer various customization options:
For standard gift boxes without customization, there is no minimum quantity. For custom orders, a minimum of 20 gift boxes is generally required to offset customization costs. For more complex customizations, the minimum may be higher. Feel free to contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Yes, we offer an individual shipping service for your corporate or event gifts. Simply provide us with the list of recipients with their complete addresses. Additional fees may apply depending on the number of shipments and destinations.
Our premium dates have a shelf life of approximately 6-12 months when stored in a cool, dry place. The expiration date is clearly indicated on each product. For orders intended for future events, we make sure to provide you with products with the longest possible shelf life.
Our plain dates are naturally vegan. For assortments containing stuffed dates, we can adapt the fillings according to your specific dietary needs. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.
